检查母线及引下线连接是否良好，母线接头处有无变形，有无放电变黑痕迹，检查母线上的绝缘有无松动和损坏。检查电缆头、接线桩头是否牢固可靠，检查接地线有无锈蚀，接线桩头是否紧固，确保接头连接紧密。。 用手柄把总空气从配电柜中摇出，检查主触点是否有烧溶痕迹，检查灭弧罩是否烧黑和损坏，紧固各接线螺丝、清洁柜内灰尘，试验机械的合闸、分闸情况把各分开关柜从抽屉柜中取出，紧固各接线端子。检查电流互感器、电流表、电度表的安装和接线，检查手柄操作机构的灵活可靠性，紧固空气开关进出线，清洁开关柜内和配电柜后面引出线处的灰尘
