高压配电柜送电流程：

1．接送电通知，到热电办理送电票。

2．确认配电柜所在位置，了解其绝缘情况，确保可送电。

3．检查接地刀所在位置，如已接地请断开，并检查机构是否复归。

4．检查断路器控制电源开关是否在合闸位置。

6．检查断路器二次侧插头是否已经插入并牢固。

7．用摇把将断路器小车摇进工作位置，确认断路器已经到位。在用摇把摇小车的时候身体应避开断路器的观察窗，以免发生意外断路器从观察窗弹射出来对人体造成伤害。当摇把无法摇动且断路器工作位置指示灯亮时说明断路器小车已经到达工作位置。
7. Swing the circuit breaker trolley into the working position with the handle to confirm that the circuit breaker is in place. When using the handle to shake the car, the body should avoid the observation window of the circuit breaker, so as to avoid the accident of the circuit breaker ejecting from the observation window and causing harm to the human body. When the handle can not be shaken and the circuit breaker working position indicator is on, the circuit breaker trolley has reached the working position.
8．通过综保确认断路器已经受电。

9．操作完成，通知要求送电单位设备已经送电。
