配电柜的功能

The function of the distribution cabinet

配电柜具有架空进出线、电缆进出线、母线联络等功能。

The distribution cabinet has the functions of the overhead line, the cable import and export line, the bus connection and so on.

配电柜的组成

Composition of distribution cabinet

配电柜应满足GB3906-1991"3-35 kV交流金属封闭开关设备"标准的有关要求，由柜体和断路器二大部分组成，柜体由壳体、电器元件(包括绝缘件)、各种机构、二次端子及连线等组成。

The distribution cabinet shall meet the requirements of the standard "GB3906-1991 3-35 kV AC metal enclosed switchgear", which is composed of two parts, the cabinet body and the circuit breaker. The cabinet body is composed of shell, electrical components (including insulation parts), various mechanisms, two terminals and wiring.

柜体的材料

Material of the cabinet

1)冷扎钢板或角钢(用于焊接柜);

1) cold steel plate or angle steel (used for welding cabinet);

2)敷铝锌钢板或镀锌钢板(用于组装柜).

2) (galvanized steel or aluminum zinc coated steel plate used for assembling the cabinet).

3)不锈钢板(不导磁性).

4)铝板((不导磁性).
