| 在低压带电导线未采取绝缘措施前，工作人员不得穿越。在带电的低压配电装置上工作时，要保证人体和大地之间、人体与周围接地金属之间、人体与其它导体之间有良好的绝缘或相应的安全距离。应采取防止相间短路和单相接地的隔离措施。上杆前先分清相、中性线，选好工作位置。断开导线时，应先断开相线，后断开中性零线。搭接导线时，顺序应相反。因低压相间距离很小，检修中要注意防止人体同时接触两根线头。 Workers are not allowed to cross low-voltage live conductors without taking insulation measures. When working on a live low-voltage distribution device, good insulation or corresponding safety distance should be ensured between the human body and the earth, between the human body and the surrounding grounding metal, and between the human body and other conductors. Isolation measures should be taken to prevent inter-phase short circuit and single-phase grounding. The phase and neutral line should be separated before putting on the pole, and the working position should be selected. When disconnecting the conductor, the phase line should be disconnected first, and then the neutral zero line should be disconnected. When overlapping wires, the order should be opposite.
